Originally from Perth, Australia and now based in Zionsville, Indiana, David is a seasoned software and SaaS operator with deep expertise in global sourcing and cost transformation. At Genesys he established and scaled a multi-functional center of excellence—including a global finance shared services team—ultimately growing it to 530+ employees and driving more than $40M in annual OPEX savings while meaningfully improving service levels.
David lived in the Philippines for 3+ years and has spent a decade building high-performing teams there for organizations of all sizes. With operating and finance experience across Australia, the Philippines, and the United States, he brings a rare global perspective and a proven ability to design scalable smart-shoring strategies that strengthen operating efficiency, resilience, and unit economics.
